Description:
A new 45,000 sq. ft. sports club for a leading chain in the sports club industry. The club represents a departure from the previous design aesthetic and serves as a prototype for future clubs. A typical club program includes large cardiovascular and weight training areas, class space, swimming pool and wet areas, locker rooms, regulation basketball and racquetball courts, a large kid's klub, membership sales and retail areas.

Scope of Services:
SWA developed the design for interiors of the club to serve as a prototype for future clubs. All materials, finishes and assemblies were conceptualized and detailed for inclusion in contract documents. SWA provided interior design construction documents and construction administration.
